簽證是需要國外客戶自己辦理的，一般情況下我們這邊只需要提供一份邀請函即可（特殊情況可能需要附加一些資料），客戶拿著我們給的邀請函和他自己的相關資料去中國駐當地大使館申請辦理即可。

關于邀請函：

1)以你們公司的名義以英文或者英文/中文簡單說明來華事由及被邀請方的姓名,護照號,出生日期等信息,并加蓋公章/簽名就可以了..格式與平常的傳真信函沒有什么不同,一般注明收件人為當地中國大使館.

2)邀請函傳真(有的國家還需要快遞原件)給對方,然后其在當地中國大使館辦理簽證,商務簽證一般為90天。
